This policy applies to all services, digital products, insight reports, and strategic consulting engagements purchased directly through The Beauty Insighter website or via contractual agreement with We are Aktivists S.L.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the custom nature of our work, the following are non-refundable:
- Custom research reports
- Personalized insight presentations
- Strategic or creative consultancy sessions
- Any service or deliverable already initiated or completed
Once delivered, these services are considered final.
3. Refund Eligibility – Digital Products
Refunds may be considered for standardized digital products (e.g., trend reports) under the following conditions:
- The product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- The request is made within 3 calendar days of purchase.
- The product was purchased in error and has not been used or distributed.

4. Service Cancellation
Cancellation terms for consultancy or project-based services are subject to the individual service agreement or proposal. Generally:
- Cancellations before project kickoff may be eligible for a partial refund (administrative fees may apply).
- Cancellations after kickoff will be subject to a pro-rata fee based on work already completed.
- No refunds will be issued once deliverables have been provided.
5. Errors or Issues with Deliverables

Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will assess the issue and offer:
- Correction or replacement,
- Re-delivery of the product,
- Technical support to ensure access.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and professionally through open communication.
Unwarranted chargebacks filed without first seeking resolution may result in:
- Suspension of future access to services or content
- Termination of client relationship
- Legal recovery of fees and expenses incurred due to the dispute
We reserve the right to engage third-party collection or legal services if fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks are made.
