The team of professionals at The Beauty Insighter is led by the founder of We Are Aktivists, Juan Campderá Lozano, with over 20 years of experience creating strategic design for top premium brands.
A passionate entrepreneur, educated at Central Saint Martins and IESE, and an active player in the investment ecosystem.
With 25+ years in beauty product design, Juan has led 2,000+ projects with massive commercial success.
Starting as a teenage designer drawn to industrial design, he transitioned into beauty, founded Aktiva, and grew it into We Are Aktivists, a creative hub for beauty and luxury brands.
Holds a BA in Industrial Design (Elisava), an MA in Design Strategy (Central Saint Martins), and executive business training from IESE and the London School of Economics.
